Planning & Footpaths
Relax as you stroll through Rufford's Victorian and Edwardian gardens - and remember you're only a few feet above sea level - making Rufford one of the lowest lying National Trust gardens in England.
Formby’s sweeping pinewoods are also home to the iconic red squirrel. Sunny days and holidays can be busy so you may decide you’ll enjoy your visit more on a quieter day.
